Crisis Support – We provide emotional and practical support for ethnic people affected by sexual harm. We listen, explain your options, connect you with local services, and support you to navigate them if needed.
Our Crisis Coordinator is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm.

Need support outside these hours?
Safe to Talk provides free and confidential sexual harm support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 0800 044 334 or text 4334.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call Police on 111.
We can help with:
- Emotional support and someone to talk to
- Understanding your choices and rights
- Accessing counselling and recovery support
- Help with medical, legal or ACC processes
- Advocacy when working with other services
You are in control of what support you receive. You do not have to report to Police to get help.
