Our Life Skills Classes support ethnic women to build confidence, practical skills, and connection in a friendly and welcoming environment. The classes focus on everyday skills that support wellbeing, independence, and participation in the community.
We offer a range of classes, including sewing, cooking, English, and basic computer support. Classes are relaxed, hands-on, and suitable for different skill levels. You do not need previous experience to join.
Life Skills Classes also create opportunities for women to meet others, practise English, share experiences, and feel less isolated. Some classes may also support pathways to income generation or further learning.
