Services

Our work focuses on supporting ethnic women, families, and communities to live safely, feel supported, and thrive. We do this through a mix of direct support, community programmes, and research that reflects real lived experiences.

Social Services

We provide free, confidential, and culturally responsive support for ethnic women and families experiencing violence or other complex challenges. Our social services include sexual violence support, family violence support, social work, safety programmes, and behaviour change services for men. We work alongside people to understand their situation, support safety, and connect them with the right help.

Community Programmes

Our community programmes focus on wellbeing, connection, and prevention. We run workshops, groups, and activities that support confidence, life skills, healthy relationships, and community connection. These programmes are designed to be culturally safe and accessible, and they respond to what communities tell us they need.

Research

We carry out community-led research to better understand the experiences, barriers, and strengths of ethnic communities. Our research centres the voices of ethnic women, families, men, and elders, and is used to inform services, improve systems, and advocate for change. We work with communities, government agencies, and partners to turn insights into action.

Together, these three areas of work help us respond to immediate needs, strengthen communities, and create long-term change.
