Anindita Dey-Sinha
Anindita is an experienced counsellor based in Hamilton who brings a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to her work. Originally from India and having lived in Aotearoa New Zealand for more than 26 years, she understands the important role that culture, identity, faith, and life experiences play in healing and wellbeing.
She provides a safe and compassionate space for clients recovering from sexual harm, trauma, and other difficult life experiences. Anindita works alongside clients to build self-understanding, self-compassion, and resilience, supporting them to reconnect with their strengths and move towards healing at their own pace.

Erika Smit
Erika is a qualified counsellor who provides compassionate, trauma-informed support for people recovering from sexual harm and other difficult life experiences. She is passionate about creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Drawing on a range of counselling approaches and trauma-focused interventions, Erika tailors therapy to each person’s individual needs. She has particular experience supporting people affected by trauma, grief, loss, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.

Joanna Jensen
Joanna is an experienced counsellor, clinical supervisor, and ACC Sensitive Claims provider with more than 20 years of experience supporting people across mental health, social services, and community settings.
She works with children, young people, and adults who are navigating the impacts of trauma, sexual harm, and other difficult life experiences. Joanna takes a holistic and trauma-informed approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practice.

Elizabeth (Nam Sook) Park
Elizabeth (Nam Sook) Park is a qualified counsellor and ACC provider who is passionate about supporting people on their journey towards healing and recovery.
She has extensive experience working with people affected by sexual abuse, trauma, family violence, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and life stressors. Her approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and focused on helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Elizabeth works collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and move towards greater confidence and wellbeing. Clients value her calm and caring presence and her commitment to providing a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment.

Stella Orzuza
Stella is a registered counsellor with qualifications in Psychology to PhD level and experience across adult mental health, community services, and education settings.
She specialises in supporting people recovering from trauma, including the impacts of sexual harm, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and other challenges that can arise following adverse life experiences. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and holistic, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Stella is passionate about helping people rediscover hope, connection, and joy after difficult experiences. Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where they are supported to heal, grow, and regain a sense of wellbeing.

Supreet Chadha
Supreet Chadha is a Clinical Arts Therapist who provides a safe, compassionate, and culturally informed space for adults recovering from trauma and other life challenges.
She has particular experience supporting people affected by sexual harm, trauma, addiction, life transitions, and emotional difficulties. Her approach integrates arts therapy with evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, somatic therapies, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Supreet believes that healing is a unique journey for every individual. Clients value her warm, creative, and empowering approach, which supports them to process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths and sense of self.

Komala Pather
Komala Pather is a registered Clinical Psychologist and member of the New Zealand Psychological Society with more than 11 years of experience supporting adults experiencing a wide range of mental health and wellbeing challenges. She has extensive experience providing assessment and treatment for individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and personality difficulties.
Komala believes that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, recognising that each person’s experiences, identity, and journey are unique. She has a particular interest in supporting people from diverse cultural backgrounds and providing therapy that honours cultural values, lived experience, and personal strengths.
Her practice draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), EMDR, schema therapy, mindfulness, and compassion-focused approaches.
